Roughly once a week, on a schedule that I can't figure out for the life of me, about a half dozen women set up food stands outside my office building. They cook regional antojitos like empanadas and mollotes on big comals. And they are very tasty. Today I got a shot of one of them roasting chiles to make a fresh salsa.
