One reason to live in a foreign country is to experience new things. And for the most part Oaxaca has not disappointed. Especially when it comes to culinary experiments, where I have almost never been let down by a meal.
But that chicken stuffed with cheese in banana sauce...Huh. I'm not sure about that one.
