Breakfast Taco

This morning on my walk into the institute I walked by a group of women set up at a comal outside a church selling tacos. They were making fresh tortillas out of masa, cooking them up and then putting some beans, onions, cilantro, salsa, and either chorizo or a chile relleno inside before cooking them some more. I tried one with a chile relleno, and it definitely hit the spot.
